1. About Our Services

SPBIKESERVICES provides doorstep motorbike servicing, inspection, maintenance, repair, and related services. The availability of specific services may vary depending on the bike model, location, condition of the vehicle, and availability of parts or technicians.

2. Service Booking

  • Customers must provide accurate information when booking a service, including their name, contact details, bike model, registration details, location, and description of the issue where applicable.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation from SPBIKESERVICES.

  • Service appointment times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, technician availability, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • SPBIKESERVICES reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking when necessary. Customers will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Free Inspection

Every initial doorstep service includes a Free Inspection when you avail of any other service from us worth ₹999 or more, subject to applicable service conditions.

The inspection is intended to identify visible or reported issues with the vehicle. A free inspection does not necessarily include repair, replacement, dismantling, or installation of parts unless specifically included in the selected service.

4. Service Charges

  • Service charges will depend on the type of service, bike model, work required, and parts/materials used.

  • Any additional work identified during inspection will be carried out only after customer approval, wherever applicable.

  • Parts, consumables, or additional labour not included in the original service package may be charged separately.

  • Prices communicated before inspection may be estimates and can change if additional work is required.

  • Applicable taxes or other statutory charges, if any, may be added to the quoted price.

5. Spare Parts and Replacement

  • Replacement parts may be required depending on the condition of the vehicle.

  • Customers may be informed about the requirement and applicable cost before replacement.

  • Availability of specific genuine/OEM or aftermarket parts may vary depending on the bike model and supplier availability.

  • Warranty on replacement parts, where applicable, will be subject to the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty terms.

6. Customer Approval

SPBIKESERVICES will seek customer approval before undertaking additional chargeable work outside the originally agreed service, wherever reasonably practicable.

By approving additional work verbally, through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, website, app, or any other communication channel, the customer authorizes SPBIKESERVICES to proceed with the approved work.

7. Payment

  • Payment must be made according to the amount communicated by SPBIKESERVICES for the services provided.

  • Customers may be required to make payment through the payment methods made available by SPBIKESERVICES.

  • Any applicable cancellation, inspection, labour, parts, or other charges will be communicated to the customer where applicable.

  • Once payment has been made, refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund/cancellation policy.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers are requested to provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

SPBIKESERVICES may apply applicable cancellation or visit charges in cases of late cancellation, repeated rescheduling, customer unavailability, incorrect address, or when the technician has already travelled to the service location.

Any cancellation charges applicable to a particular booking will be communicated to the customer.

9. Service Warranty

Where a warranty is offered on a particular service or repair, the warranty period and conditions will be communicated to the customer at the time of service.

Warranty may not apply where:

  • The vehicle has been repaired, modified, or serviced by another person or service provider after our service.

  • The issue is caused by an unrelated component or a new fault.

  • The vehicle has been used improperly, overloaded, modified, or involved in an accident.

  • Recommended maintenance or replacement has not been carried out.

  • The issue results from normal wear and tear or consumable items.

  • The warranty specifically excludes the relevant part or service.

10. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Issues

Customers acknowledge that bikes may have pre-existing mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, or structural issues.

SPBIKESERVICES is not responsible for faults or damage that existed before the service or for issues that are unrelated to the work performed.

If a technician identifies a potentially unsafe or serious mechanical condition, SPBIKESERVICES may recommend that the vehicle not be operated until the issue is addressed.

11. Vehicle Pickup/Delivery and Customer Responsibility

Where the service requires the vehicle to be moved from the customer's premises or involves pickup/delivery, the applicable terms will be communicated separately.

Customers are responsible for removing valuable personal belongings from the vehicle before handing it over for service.

SPBIKESERVICES will not be responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle unless specifically accepted into its custody.

12. Limitations of Liability

SPBIKESERVICES will take reasonable care while providing its services. However, we will not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing defects or damage.

  • Failures caused by normal wear and tear.

  • Issues unrelated to the services performed.

  • Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, accidents, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the vehicle or services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their vehicle and service requirements.

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle at the agreed service location.

  • Inform the technician about known faults, modifications, previous repairs, or relevant vehicle issues.

  • Follow safety and maintenance recommendations provided by SPBIKESERVICES.

  • Make payment for approved services and parts.

14. Service Refusal

SPBIKESERVICES reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service where:

  • The vehicle or service location presents an unreasonable safety risk.

  • The requested work is illegal or unsafe.

  • The vehicle requires specialist equipment or facilities unavailable for doorstep service.

  • The customer provides materially incorrect information.

  • The customer or service environment is abusive, threatening, or unsafe for our staff.

  • Required parts or equipment are unavailable.

15. Photos and Service Records

SPBIKESERVICES may maintain service records, inspection reports, invoices, and photographs related to the vehicle and work performed for operational, warranty, quality-control, and record-keeping purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws.

16. Privacy

Customer information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, customers consent to the collection and use of information necessary to provide, manage, communicate about, and improve our services, subject to applicable law.

17. Promotions and Offers

Promotional offers, discounts, free inspections, and other benefits may be subject to additional conditions.

SPBIKESERVICES reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law.

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
